Job summary

Alpine F1 Team is seeking a Production Manager for the Weekend Shift to lead our weekend manufacturing operations, ensuring targets are achieved while upholding quality, safety and team engagement. We are looking for a Production Manager - Weekend Shift to lead our weekend manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and team engagement. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manufacturing leader to play a critical role in delivering components and assemblies that contribute directly to our Formula One programme.

The Role

As the senior operational leader on shift, you will be responsible for coordinating production activities across multiple manufacturing areas, supporting teams to deliver against demanding schedules while fostering a positive, accountable and high-performing culture. You will act as the key escalation point during weekend operations and work closely with production leadership to drive performance, efficiency and continuous improvement.
