Job summary

Alpine Formula One Team is seeking an experienced senior operational leader on shift to coordinate production activities across multiple manufacturing areas, ensuring schedules are met while sustaining a positive, accountable culture.

You will act as the weekend escalation point, drive performance, efficiency and continuous improvement, and lead weekend production teams with a focus on safety, quality and timely delivery.

The Role

As the senior operational leader on shift, you will be responsible for coordinating production activities across multiple manufacturing areas, supporting teams to deliver against demanding schedules while fostering a positive, accountable and high-performing culture. You will act as the key escalation point during weekend operations and work closely with production leadership to drive performance, efficiency and continuous improvement.
