Overview

The Production Manager will report directly to the Operations Director and form a crucial part of the leadership team. You will oversee the entire production process across site, ensuring maximum levels of efficiency and driving performance across quality, cost, safety, delivery and people.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily production activities to ensure timely delivery of products
• Monitor and maintain production quality standards in line with company and customer expectations
• Identify and implement process improvements and cost reduction strategies
• Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure HSE adhered to and quality standards are met
• Collaborate with the engineering and logistics teams to meet production goals
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the production team to achieve operational excellence

• Proven experience within the print/packaging manufacturing industry
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
• Strength of character, drive and resilience
• Ability to communicate effectively and work with cross-functional teams
• A thorough understanding of industry standards and regulations
