Job summary

NterTalent, on behalf of a well-established food manufacturer, seeks a hands-on Production Manager for its Corwen site in North Wales. You will own the production function, lead a 22-strong team, and drive output, quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Production management experience in food or FMCG.

Corwen, North Wales £35,000 – £40,000 NterTalent is partnering with an established food manufacturer to recruit a hands-on Production Manager for its Corwen site. This is an opportunity to take real ownership of the production function, lead a team of 22 employees and make a visible impact across output, quality, efficiency and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for creating and managing the site’s production and staffing plan, ensuring customer demand is met safely, on time and within budget.

What You’ll Be Doing

Hours:

38.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. Additional hours may occasionally be required.
