Job summary

Orange Recruitment in Caernarfon is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility. You will coordinate labour, materials and schedules to keep production running safely and efficiently.

You will develop the production team, monitor quality, identify improvements and work closely with other teams to meet customer deadlines.

This is a key role for someone who enjoys bringing people, materials and processes together to create a safe, efficient and productive working environment.

• Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Experience within a woodworking facility would be an advantage, but it is not essential
