Job summary

We are recruiting an experienced Production Manager to join a successful and expanding specialist business based in Cheltenham.

This is a key operational appointment within a growing organisation that continues to invest in its facilities, people and future capacity.

We are looking for a strong, hands‑on Production Manager who can take ownership of a busy warehouse and production environment, streamline processes and lead the team to achieve consistently high standards of quality, efficiency and safety.

The Role

You will take responsibility for the day‑to‑day management and continuous improvement of the production operation.
