We’re looking for a proactive Shop Floor Manager to lead daily operations and help drive the performance of our growing joinery manufacturing team. What You’ll Do

Depending on experience, your responsibilities may include:

• Daily production leadership – keeping workflow smooth and output high
• Quality & safety oversight – ensuring everything meets spec and stays safe
• Team development – coaching staff, running 1-1s, building future leaders
• Efficiency improvement – reducing bottlenecks, hitting targets, scaling for growth
• Cross-team collaboration – working with design, sales, and procurement to deliver on time
