Production Manager Job Overview

Bennett and Game are working alongside a successful business in the signage industry, based in Ashford, to expand their team by adding a Production Manager. This is an onsite role.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the Purchasing Manager, Head of Projects and Operations, and department supervisors to ensure all projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Assist with the implementation and oversee the production schedule.
• Manage timesheets and update standard hours spreadsheets.
• Ensure quality standards are consistently met and followed.
• Chair bi-weekly production meetings and distribute minutes.
• Investigate non-conformance issues and report findings.
• Oversee production team members and be the first point of contact for product-related issues on site.
• Manage PPE for the production team.
• Coding of steelwork items.
• Populate and liaise on the delivery schedule with drivers.

Salary & Benefits

• £40,000 - £45,000 per year, depending on experience.
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
