Job summary

Everlinked Ltd is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead day-to-day production operations, drive output and quality, and play a key role in developing the wider team on site.

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you’ll manage around 40 production operatives, contribute to continuous improvement, and position the site for ongoing growth as the business expands.

Qualifications

• Experience in production or manufacturing management.
• Ability to lead and develop production teams.
• Hands-on, practical mindset with engineering/production background is beneficial.
• Proven track record of driving productivity and quality.

The role

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you’ll take responsibility for day‑to‑day production performance, productivity, quality and team development, leading a team of around 40 production operatives.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in production or manufacturing management
• Confident leading and developing production teams
• Practical and technically minded – engineering, fabrication, sheet metal or similar would be beneficial
• Comfortable driving productivity, quality and continuous improvement
• Hands‑on, positive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
