Job summary

MTrec Ltd in Shildon is recruiting for a well-established manufacturing firm to operate a range of production machinery on a 3-shift pattern. You will set up equipment, perform tool changes, and monitor production stages to meet daily targets.

• Experience in fast paced production environment.
• Ability to work to high quality standards.
• Teamwork and independent working capability.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a range of production machinery.
• Perform tool changes to meet production needs.
• Check at various stages, take samples, feed machines/lines.
• Complete paperwork and ensure each production stage is met.
• Carry out routine maintenance and report issues.
• Perform general labouring duties in a factory environment.
• Keep own area clean and tidy and meet daily targets.
