Pay is £14.91 per hour PAYE, plus overtime at 1.5x and 2.0x, and strong emphasis on health and safety practices. Candidates should have at least two years’ production experience, good communication skills, and the ability to stand for

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a production environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform manual handling.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run machinery in line with health and safety guidelines.
• Maintain high quality standards on all produced items.
• Align output with customer requirements and deadlines.
• Assist with shifting production and duties as directed by the shift manager.
