Job summary

Kingdom People are recruiting for several PC and Machine Minders to work at one of our client’s sites in Fakenham (NR21 8EH). The role supports the Shift Manager and Team Leaders in a busy production area, focusing on quality, safety and continuous improvement.

The role runs Monday to Thursday, 06:00–18:00, with a basic pay of £13.16–£14.48 per hour. Training will be provided; temporary to permanent after a minimum 12 weeks. Free parking on site and progression opportunities are available.

• Previous Experience Is Not Required
• Be able to work 12hr shift
• Able to commute to Fakenham, NR21 8DH
• Basic communication in English (written and spoken)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Support the smooth and efficient running of the production line/area
• Maintain high standards of product quality, GMP, health & safety, and customer service
• Help deliver KPI targets with a well-trained and motivated team
• Operate a variety of production machinery
• Strip down, clean, and set up machines as required
• Promote open communication at all levels

Kingdom People are recruiting for several Machine Operatives to work at one of our client’s sites in Fakenham (NR21 8EH). The customer is a leading food manufacturer (Vegetarian) that operates in ambient environment.

This role supports the Shift Manager and Team Leaders in running an efficient, high-performing production area, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Temporary to permanent available after minimum 12 weeks
