Job summary

HRGO Recruitment is seeking a Machine Operator for our Forest of Dean client. You will operate and maintain production machinery, ensure adherence to the production schedule, and act on a fast-paced line.

We require experience in a production facility, a solid understanding of Health & Safety, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off). The role offers circa £30,000 per annum with development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced production facility.
• Strong awareness of Health & Safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production machinery.
• Adhere to the production schedule.
• Perform preventive and corrective minor maintenance on equipment.
• Execute production changeovers and start-up processes.
• Visually inspect completed products or use camera verification.
