Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Production Line Leader for a Monday to Friday days role in Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire. The position offers £14.75 per hour plus training, holiday and progression opportunities as part of a growing, family-like team.

You will lead a team, support Supervisors and Managers, and ensure smooth production with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Line Supervisor / Line Leader in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work to deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team on a busy production line.
• Ensure start-up checks, machine setup and line readiness.
• Work to the plan from Planning Manager to maximise uptime.
• Monitor line speed, KPI reporting and quality checks.
• Maintain paperwork and support continuous improvement.
