In this role, you will lead a team and support Production Supervisors & Managers in daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient production on the factory floor.

The Role:

• Supervising a team on a busy production line
• Ensuring start-up checks, machine setup, and readiness at the beginning of shifts, and monitoring & reporting line speed, progress & downtime during shifts
• Working towards plans provided by the Planning Manager to maximize performance and minimize downtime
• Monitoring line speed, KPIs, conducting quality checks, and training operatives
• Ensuring adherence to company procedures and maintaining up-to-date relevant paperwork, recording results, and supporting continuous improvement

The Person:

• Previous experience as a Line Supervisor / Line Leader in a production environment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills, with leadership abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with excellent attention to detail
• Interest in working for a company committed to ongoing training & development
