Whitworths Limited is seeking Line Minder or Machine Minder professionals with bagger or multi-pond experience to join our manufacturing team in the UK. You will operate and maintain production lines, ensuring readiness and quality standards while meeting daily targets.

We offer a base rate of £14.23 per hour plus shift premiums for 40.5 hours per week, with a 2.54pm–11pm shift pattern. Previous line-running experience is desirable; training will be provided to build your skills and advance your

About the Line Minder position:

• £14.23 per hour basic rate, plus excellent shift premiums
• 40.5 hours per week
• Shift pattern 2.54pm to 11pm

In this role you will take responsibility for operating and maintaining production lines to meet stretching targets and quality standards. You will ensure that prior to start up all preparation procedures relating to the days production requirements are completed. Line set ups and changeovers are key to the success of this role.

Previous experience of running a production line is desirable, although further training will be given. Basic engineering skills would be desirable, but not essential.

We want keen, enthusiastic people who are self-motivated and committed to excellent work standards. Candidates must have satisfactory literacy and numeracy skills. Experience of the food manufacturing industry is preferable.
