Job summary

Whitworths is expanding its manufacturing team and seeks Line Minder with Bagger or multi-pond experience. You will operate and maintain production lines, ensure pre-start procedures are complete, and handle line setups and changeovers to hit daily targets and quality standards.

The role is based in our UK plant with a 40.5 hour week, 3pm–11pm shifts, and a basic rate of £14.23 per hour plus shift premiums.

Qualifications

• Prior experience running a production line is desirable.
• Satisfactory literacy and numeracy skills required.
• Industry experience in food manufacturing is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production lines to meet targets and quality standards.
• Ensure pre-start preparation procedures are completed for the day’s production requirements.
• Manage line set ups and changeovers to support efficient production.
