Formación

• Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement experience.
• Experience leading and directing teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong problem solving with data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication across multiple levels.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and manage daily operation of production areas, staffing and budget accountability.
• Provide training to workforce to meet quality and customer requirements.
• Enforce safety policies and standard work; initiate corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across shifts and departments.
