Safety awareness is extremely important. The role involves working with professional kitchen equipment and tools, including sous‑vide equipment, commercial slicers, ovens, blenders, mixers and knives. • Organised and able to follow recipes, systems, procedures and instructions consistently.
  • Interested in food and willing to learn new skills and methods.
  • Safety‑conscious and comfortable working around professional kitchen equipment and knives.
  • Flexible and able to work early morning starts where required.
