Job summary

Sony Pictures Entertainment is seeking a Manager, Information Security Productions to operationalize the Information Security program across international productions. You will drive consistent security controls and reporting, partnering with global teams to embed security into production workflows while protecting SPE’s assets.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, metrics-driven governance, and scalable security practices across titles and regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience across Information Security, IT, or related field.
• Strong planning, organisational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative and solutions-focused approach across technical and production teams.
• Familiarity with information security frameworks and standards is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide visibility and actionable insight into Information Security risk across active international productions.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on production security posture and KPIs for each production.
• Prepare dashboards and reports on security trends and compliance status.
• Support standardized tools, policies, and workflows across productions.
• Maintain security controls with IT and Physical Security to meet business goals.
