Job summary

Sony Pictures Entertainment is seeking a Manager, Information Security Productions to drive the Security program across international productions. You will partner with global teams to align security needs with enterprise programs and ensure consistent use of tools and controls in creative workflows.

The role requires strong experience in information security, production environments, and data-driven risk visibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience across Information Security, IT, or production environments.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and best practices.
• Ability to develop, maintain and analyse meaningful metrics to measure programme effectiveness.
• Excellent planning, organisational and analytical skills with ability to manage priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide visibility into Information Security risk across active international productions.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on production security posture and control performance metrics.
• Prepare dashboards and reports on security trends, compliance status and improvements.
• Support production-specific metrics and KPIs to measure control effectiveness.
• Maintain security controls with IT and Physical Security to meet business goals.
• Operationalise the Production Information Security Program across International productions.
