Job summary

Fulwell Entertainment is seeking an Accounts Assistant on a fixed-term contract based in our London office. You will join the Finance team covering AP, petty cash, admin tasks, and data entry to support production accounting and VAT compliance.

The role requires 2+ years in HETV/Unscripted TV or film production, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of production accounting software; PMI software is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts experience within HETV, Unscripted TV or Film Production.
• Proficiency in industry-standard production accounting software; PMI software preferred.
• Strong MS Excel / Google Sheets skills and familiarity with digital platforms.
• Solid understanding of VAT rules, sales tax, and tax credit qualifying spend.
• Ability to prioritise competing demands, manage high invoice volumes, and maintain attention to detail.
• Clear, professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end accounts payable processing and reconciliation for production suppliers and corporate vendors.
• Assist in processing vendor invoices, PO matching, and approval routing; help with weekly payment runs and crew expenses.
• Manage petty cash, P-Card spending, and ensure correct project coding and receipts.
• Support cost reporting, payroll prep, and adherence to production accounting guidelines and tax credits.
