Oxford Instruments Plasma Technology is seeking an experienced Production Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team in Bristol, overseeing first-line engineering support, problem solving and continuous improvement. Qualifications

• Substantial experience in electro-mechanical systems production engineering environment.
• Experience applying Root Cause Analysis to fault-find engineering problems.
• Lean Methodologies experience, including implementation and training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain engineering issue resolution in Production to the factory SLA, including shift/weekend work.
• Provide specialist mechanical and electrical engineering expertise for root cause analysis and containment.
