Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Production Engineer in Poole to own customer orders from receipt to finished product, ensuring schedules run to plan with precise tracking.

You will liaise with customers on delivery schedules, maintain production records, and support production planning with engineering teams. Experience in aerospace or precision engineering is beneficial and attention to detail is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production planning environment.
• Familiarity with AS9100 or similar quality management standards.
• Confident liaising directly with customers on schedules and delivery performance.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities.
• Strong administrative and reporting skills, ideally with Excel-based systems.
• Experience in aerospace or precision engineering is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expedite assigned customer orders from receipt through to delivery of a finished, quality product.
• Liaise directly with customers on delivery schedules and order status.
• Maintain accurate sales and production records ahead of weekly reviews.
• Prioritise and communicate production planning requirements to the Manufacturing Engineers.
• Expedite workshops and suppliers on a routine, daily basis.
• Attend and contribute to scheduled production meetings and reviews.
