Job summary

Tiger Resourcing Group is seeking a Production Engineer to support the introduction and ongoing manufacturability of electronic products, PCB assemblies, and related mechanical design aspects.

You will liaise with Engineering, Production and Supply Chain to ensure smooth transitions of new products into production and ongoing improvements to processes and testability. A hands-on, proactive mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Engineering for electronic products, PCB assemblies and mechanical design.
• Technical knowledge in product test and design would be beneficial.
• Experience with risk management techniques and MRP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to manufacturability and testability during production.
• Design production test systems to meet process test requirements.
• Lead introduction of new products into production with cross-functional teams.
• Suggest changes to improve manufacturing processes and lead improvement initiatives.
• Support and maintain production processes and test systems.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to align production and test processes.
• Promote a collaborative team environment.
