Job summary

Teconnex UK is seeking a Production Engineer to join our team in Keighley, England, on-site. You will own and improve manufacturing processes, driving automation, lean methods, and digitalisation to make production safer, smarter, faster and more reliable.

Ideal candidates have experience in automation, continuous improvement, and high-volume, quality-critical environments, with knowledge of PFMEA, control plans, and collaboration across Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex, high-volume, quality-critical manufacturing environments.
• Strong automation and continuous improvement knowledge.
• Exposure to IATF 16949 / AS9100 is advantageous.
• Practical knowledge of manufacturing processes and shop-floor implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own existing manufacturing processes and drive improvements on the shop floor.
• Identify opportunities and deliver measurable gains through automation, lean methods, and digitalisation.
• Lead with Industry 4.0/5.0 approaches, including PFMEA and control plans where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and senior stakeholders.
