  • Administer Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and ensure strict configuration control across all manufacturing records
  • Review actual booked production hours and lead times against targets, proactively investigating and resolving significant variances
  • Act as a technical point of contact on the shop floor, resolving day-to-day manufacturing queries and engineering issues
  • Review technical drawings and specifications to assess Design for Manufacture (DfM) suitability prior to release
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across production workflows, documentation standards, and digital manufacturing tools
Experiences required
  • Proven track record as a Production Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, or Process Engineer within a manufacturing or precision engineering environment
  • Hands-on experience developing and maintaining accurate BOMs, routings, and methods of manufacture
  • Strong ability to read, interpret, and interrogate mechanical, structural, and fabrication drawings
  • Practical working knowledge of ERP or MRP systems for tracking work and updating production records
