Job summary

Reevr in Alton, Hampshire seeks a Production Engineer to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment on a 2–3 month contract. The role runs Monday to Thursday with a 39-hour week, offering a competitive salary.

You will provide day-to-day engineering support, identify process improvements, and collaborate with Production, Quality and Engineering teams to drive efficiency on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Production/Manufacturing Engineering role.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
• Experience with NPI, process improvement and problem-solving.
• Hands-on work in a production environment.

We’re currently recruiting for a Production Engineer to join a fast flowing manufacturing environment on a 2–3 month contract.

This is a hands‑on opportunity for an experienced Production Engineer to support manufacturing operations, improve processes and help drive efficiency across the production floor.

The Production Engineer role:

• Provide day‑to‑day engineering support to production
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Support NPI, manufacturing and continuous improvement activities
• Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions
• Work closely with Production, Quality and Engineering teams
• Produce and maintain relevant manufacturing documentation

We’re looking for a Production Engineer who has:

• Previous experience within a Production/Manufacturing Engineering role
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles
• Experience with NPI, process improvement and problem-solving
• Comfortable working hands‑on within a production environment
• Able to hit the ground running in a short‑term contract position
