We are retained by a prestigious privately owned Developer to bring to the business an experienced and driven Director of Production, to oversee and manage the delivery of the company's portfolio of works throughout the Surrey, Sussex, and South London region.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee all delivery-related matters including Pre-Construction, Planning, Construction, and Design.
2. Collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
3. Manage and lead high-performing teams.

Candidate Requirements

1. Minimum of five years in a similar role, preferably with major national or regional developers.
2. Living within the specified region.
3. Qualified to BSc standard (or equivalent).
4. Proven experience in driving high-performance teams.
