Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated Production Services Leader to manage Fixed Income Production Application Support within Capital Markets, on behalf of a multinational financial services firm.

This role will lead a global team across the UK and India, ensuring 24x7 support and high service levels for pricing and risk management systems. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership and communication skills, acting as a key escalation point and liaison between business, development, and infrastructure teams. Responsibilities include overseeing incident, problem, and change management using ITIL principles, while driving production stability through metrics, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. A strong background in major incident management and capital markets is essential. The role also emphasizes process optimization, effective stakeholder communication, and mentoring team members.

Must Haves:

• Solid experience in Capital Markets, especially with Fixed Income products like FX, derivatives, and structured products, plus a good handle on trading workflows and market data.
• Strong leadership background in tech support for trading—managing or mentoring teams, and working closely with traders and vendors
• Hands-on with Linux, SQL, scripting (Shell, Python, etc.), and familiar with infrastructure basics and tools like Control-M, Geneos, Tableau, and ServiceNow.
• Great communicator who’s comfortable working with high-pressure trading teams and keeping stakeholders in the loop.
• Well-versed in ITIL practices and experienced in using data and reporting tools (like Excel and PowerPoint) to analyze issues and share insights.
• Ion or Bloomberg TOMS experience

• Experience supporting MQ, Solace, RV/RMDS

Please note, this is a permanent opportunity, requiring 3 days a week onsite in Central London, 2 days at home, for a 35 hour work week.
