Swift Group Limited in Hull is seeking a Dynamics 365 Data Administrator (Production) to monitor and record production activity in D365, support production planning and drive data integrity across the shop floor. You will work with production, planning, stores, logistics and quality teams to ensure on‑time delivery and accurate reporting.

Experience in production control and ERP systems, plus strong Excel skills, is essential. This role offers a clear pathway through a major ERP transformation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Previous experience in production control, planning support, order management or progress chasing.
• Practical experience using an ERP or MRP system as part of a day‑to‑day operational role.
• Understanding of production orders, manufacturing operations and work‑in‑progress control.
• Experience monitoring activities against a production plan or delivery schedule.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.
• Understanding of the importance of data accuracy, timely transactions and process compliance.
• Experience working with a range of production and operational stakeholders.
• Hands‑on experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.
• Experience using Dynamics 365 Field Service or a comparable maintenance or incident‑management system.
• Understanding of manufacturing measures such as schedule adherence, on‑time delivery, OTIF and work‑in‑progress control.
• Experience supporting production meetings with status reports and operational information.
• Experience identifying and managing material shortages or production constraints.
• Involvement in an ERP implementation, system change or business‑transformation programme.

Aufgaben

• Monitor production orders and progress through Dynamics 365 to support shop‑floor activity.
• Chase outstanding activities to maintain schedule adherence and on‑time delivery.
• Ensure accurate recording of completed and finished production orders.
• Identify delays and escalation to production or support teams.
• Maintain visibility of work in progress and current order status.
• Monitor material shortages and coordinate recovery actions with logistics and planning.
• Provide timely updates to production managers and supervisors.
