Prestige Recruitment Specialists are recruiting ERP Superusers to support a major Dynamics 365 implementation in a production/manufacturing environment. You will troubleshoot issues, drive process improvements and ensure the system delivers operational value.

Ideal candidates will have manufacturing ERP experience, strong analytical skills and the ability to train and support non-technical users across the business.

Formación

• Manufacturing or production experience with ERP systems.
• Ability to act as a system 'go-to' person and support colleagues with queries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy.
• Clear ability to explain technical processes to non-technical colleagues.
• Proactive approach to identifying improvements and solving problems.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly desirable (or similar ERP).

Responsabilidades

• Act as first point of contact for ERP-related queries across Production and Manufacturing.
• Monitor and maintain health of end-to-end processes within Dynamics 365.
• Identify and resolve system, data and process issues that could impact production.
• Monitor background processes, batch jobs, costing, inventory and production transactions.
• Investigate bottlenecks and performance issues, escalate complex problems.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the new ERP system.
• Provide training, coaching and ongoing support to system users.
• Promote accurate data entry, transactional discipline and best practice.
• Work with IT Business Analysts to investigate root causes and deliver improvements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system updates/releases.
