Job description

We're looking for an experienced production candidate to work with multiple brands for this supplier to premium womenswear brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Work across multiple product categories
2. Coordinate all aspects of the production process internally and externally
3. Maintain a fully updated Critical Path and Delivery schedule
4. See product through from development handover to production delivery to warehouse
5. Coordinate all aspects of raw materials and raw materials stock for production
6. Create and send purchase orders using in-house system
7. Attend SMS production fittings with product development teams, as well as design and sales teams as required to become familiar with product details
8. Work alongside production technicians on any garment amendments
9. Visit vendors and suppliers/trade shows as necessary
10. Create and maintain good relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
11. Follow up on proforma payments and update vendors accordingly
12. Support processes between Technical, Product Development, Merchandising, Production, and Logistics
13. Oversee risk assessment of fabrics and products regarding safety and compliance with international regulations and standards
14. Perform day-to-day administrative tasks as required by the production coordinator
15. Supervise Production Trainee and Intern with the Production Manager

Strong Excel and systems knowledge, along with exceptional attention to detail, are required.
