• Assist Production Management in planning and coordination of productions and shows.

• Ensure production paperwork is completed and rights cleared/reported.
• Manage staffing rotas and staff leave; arrange transport and accommodation.
• Support budget tracking and payments using BBC systems; coordinate equipment setup.
• Learn health & safety, and compliance best practices.
