Escape Recruitment Services is recruiting for our client, a manufacturing/production organisation based in South Lanarkshire.

We have an opportunity for a Sales & Production Coordinator to join the team on a permanent full-time basis. The role will be based onsite with a 37.5-hour week over four days, Monday to Thursday.

This role involves working between the Sales & Customer Service team and Production to ensure a seamless supply chain process and minimize delays to meet customer demand.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage and update the master sales order list, ensuring efficient distribution and prioritization to relevant departments.
  • Organize and adjust production schedules in line with customer orders and demands.
  • Attend weekly internal progress meetings to track and communicate key updates.
  • Communicate production issues or delays with internal departments.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for the sales order list for Sales & Customer Service, Production, Procurement, and Management.
  • Identify and implement process reviews and improvements.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a similar administration role, ideally within manufacturing, production, or supply chain environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to foresee and address potential issues.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
  • Confident IT skills, particularly MS Excel.
