Job summary

Sarah Sykes Recruitment is seeking a Production Coordinator for a fast-growing fashion manufacturing business in London. You will manage relationships with UK, European and US fashion brands, track sampling, production, costing and critical path milestones, and support product development from concept to delivery.

The role collaborates with design, production and QC teams, keeps trackers up to date and reports on opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in fashion account management, production, buying or a related role.
• Good understanding of garment production, sampling, costing & critical paths.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

Are you passionate about fashion, production and working with exciting streetwear and contemporary brands for both men's and womenswear?

I’m recruiting for a fast-growing fashion manufacturing business that has grown year-on-year and works with some of the biggest names across the UK, Europe and US.

They’re looking for a Production Coordinator to join their growing team and work alongside a Senior Account Manager managing a portfolio of internationally recognised fashion brands.

The role:

• Support day-to-day relationships with UK, European & US fashion brands
• Track sampling, production, costing and critical path milestones
• Support product development from initial concept through to delivery
• Work closely with design, production and QC teams
• Keep account trackers and project documentation up to date
• Support reporting and identify opportunities for account growth
• Attend trade shows and industry events

We're looking for someone with:

• 2–3 years’ experience in fashion account management, production, buying or a related role
• Good understanding of garment production, sampling, costing & critical paths
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, adaptable and commercially minded approach
• Genuine passion for fashion, streetwear and contemporary brands
