Job summary

The Collective Network Limited in Daventry is seeking a Production Controller for our precision engineering operations that supply motorsport, automotive and aerospace sectors. You will be on the shop floor, coordinating with multiple departments to ensure production runs smoothly and on time.

To succeed you should have a mindset to learn CNC machining processes and understand engineering drawings, enabling accurate planning and timely delivery of components to customers.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Plan production schedules by working backwards from delivery dates.
• Experience in production or a real interest in precision engineering.

Responsibilities

• Be on the shop floor liaising with different departments to ensure production runs smoothly and on time.
• Develop production plans by understanding CNC processes and timings from design to delivery.
• Interpret technical diagrams and engineering drawings to translate requirements into manufacturing actions.
