Job Description

We are seeking an energetic printing professional to join a dynamic design, print, and multimedia company experiencing significant growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity for career advancement, requiring a proactive attitude, strong communication and organizational skills, and a customer service focus.

The primary responsibility will be to oversee and organize workflow between departments.

Key Duties:

1. Management of job preparation: Ensure detailed preparation of job bags for manufacturing and communicate effectively with production departments.
2. System updates: Daily updates to in-house systems, ensuring adherence to quality assurance procedures.
3. Purchasing supervision: Oversee procurement of consumables and outsourced products, and manage supplier relationships.
4. Operational collaboration: Work with the Operations Director to resolve challenges within the Operations and Production Teams.
5. Estimating support: Assist with estimating tasks as needed, under guidance from the Operations Director.
6. Internal communication: Coordinate with all departments and senior management to meet customer requirements and maintain internal processes.
