My client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Production Controller to join their Manufacturing facility in Oxfordshire. In this role, you’ll help ensure the smooth processing of production data, accurate shipping documentation, and efficient coordination of orders for critical components..

You’ll work alongside teams in Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing to ensure a defect-free product is delivered on time and to the highest standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collaborating with Production, Engineering, and Quality departments to support the production plan and implement corrective actions
• Producing and maintaining ammunition data cards and processing contract data requirement lines
• Managing customer order books and tracking delivery reports
• Supporting the Shipping department by preparing and reviewing documentation
• Compiling production paperwork for customer presentation and auditing purposes
• Ensuring accuracy by checking completed packing and production cards for booking errors

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organisational and planning skills, with experience in process coordination or production administration in a technical environment
• Proficient in data entry, with an eye for detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with US Government packing and shipping protocols is a plus
• Confident working with stakeholders across departments and maintaining clear communication
• Solid understanding of production workflow and documentation handling
• English and Maths GCSEs (Grade C or above) or equivalent
