Job description
Production Controller

Reporting to the Production Control Manager, the Production Controller manages customer accounts from enquiry to dispatch, using MRP and CRP, and liaises with internal departments to ensure accurate and on‑time delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Use MRP and CRP to ensure parts are processed through the machine shop and assembly in a timely manner.
  • Participate in shortage meetings and contract review meetings to provide accurate information to internal and external customers.
  • Provide information to programme managers and external customers as required.
  • Raise work orders and pass them through manufacturing and stores.
  • Maintain stock control and administration of work orders for several accounts.
  • Participate annually in stock take.
  • Work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work methodically and follow tasks to conclusion.
  • Possess good communication skills and excellent computer skills in MS Office and Project.
Qualifications

Minimum GCSE Equivalent Level C in Maths and English.
