Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Production Cleaning Operative (GMP Environment) at its Swindon site. You will deliver cleaning services within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, following GMP standards and site procedures.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled cleaning tasks across designated production and support areas.
• Work in accordance with GMP standards, site procedures, and infection control requirements.
• Follow all cleaning methods using task cards, SOPs, and training guidance.
• Ensure correct use of PPE and adherence to colour coding and COSHH regulations.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across all areas.
• Report faults with cleaning equipment or machinery to the Hygiene Supervisor.
• Identify and report any building defects or health and safety concerns.
• Complete tasks in line with daily schedules and supervisor direction.
• Support continuous improvement by maintaining consistent service standards.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to support overall site operations.

As a Production Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for delivering cleaning services in line with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards, supporting safe and compliant operations across the site.

What you’ll do:
