Job summary

Dishpatch is seeking a Production Chef to work evenings and weekends at our North Greenwich production site. You will manage the weekly production of components, preparing restaurant-quality finish-at-home meals with independence and strong organisational skills.

A night premium applies for hours between 22:00 and 06:00, and the role is a fixed-term contract for six months. The ideal candidate has extensive Chef de Partie experience in a quality-led, high-volume kitchen, with HACCP knowledge and

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a Chef de Partie role or similar in a quality-led high volume environment.
• Solid knowledge of cooking and production techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Production Team to deliver finish-at-home meal kits.
• Maintain smooth operation of your section under supervision.
• Follow recipe specs to ensure consistency and quality.
• Keep a clean, organized workspace while producing large volumes.
• Maintain strict health and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate proactively with the team.
