Brewhouse & Kitchen is seeking a Production Chef to join our kitchen team in Cheltenham. You will prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring high standards and timely service while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

You will collaborate with colleagues to deliver an exceptional guest experience, adhere to food safety regulations, and support the team to achieve shared goals. Flexible shifts and competitive pay are offered.

Role Purpose

Our food menus are incredibly important to us, so naturally a strong and professional kitchen team are absolutely essential to the success of the pub. You will live and breathe food, be passionate about detail and take pride in your work. Excellent communication skills are key within this role as is developing rapport with the wider team, understanding the shared goals and working collaboratively to achieve them.

As part of our Kitchen Team, you’ll be preparing & cooking food in our kitchens with a range of different equipment, you’ll ensure your pub kitchen adheres to all food safety regulations and work cohesively with your team to deliver flawless execution and a great guest experience.
