Job description

Raytheon UK is hiring Production Associates to work at our Glenrothes electronics manufacturing facility, with travel to Livingston as needed.

The roles are expected to be Day Shift, totaling 37 hours per week from Monday to Friday. Specific hours and shifts will be confirmed with your recruiter and during the interview process.

We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. Your initial weeks will include a training program to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Main Duties:

• Perform production tasks in daily operations within the manufacturing area.
• Tasks include soldering and inspection to ANSI-J STD/IPC610, mechanical and wiring assembly, bonding and coating, and testing assemblies using specialized equipment.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in a similar environment or role.
• Basic PC skills.
• Strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Pass a basic eye test, including color blindness screening.
• Experience in electronics and mechanical assembly.
• Good organizational skills.
