Staffline is recruiting Production Associates to work for our client at their pristine automotive manufacturing plant based in Westhampnett, West Sussex.

The rate of pay is £ to £ per hour.

This is a full-time role working rotating shifts, Monday to Friday , and the hours of work are:
- 6am to 2:30pm
- 3:20pm to 11:50pm

We are currently seeking:
- Assembly Associates
- Physical Logistics Associates
- Interior Trim Associates
- Interior Trim Sewing Associates

Your Time at Work

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for carrying out unique and complex processes to the correct quality standards. Other duties include:

- Following defined processes.
- Performing simple quality and function tests.
- Participating actively in continuous process improvement activities.
- Keeping the immediate work area clean and tidy.
- Following daily tool maintenance routines.
- Meeting daily volume targets and quality standards.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker would have:

- Confidence in working with different materials.
- High level of dexterity with excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Patience and the ability to concentrate on one task for several hours at a time.
- An eye for detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Logistics, experience with FLT, and relevant certificates.

Preferred experience, but not essential:

- Previous experience in a production/manufacturing/logistics line work
- Mechanical experience with vehicles
- Experience within a fast-paced environment
