Job summary

The Bamford Collection is recruiting Food Production Operatives to join Daylesford Farm's production team. You'll work with fresh, organic ingredients to create our award-winning Daylesford Organic products, supporting Retail, Catering and Wholesale channels across the UK.

Shifts are 45 hours per week with Sunday-Wednesday and Thursday nights. Staff meals provided; additional annual leave after two years. A friendly, supportive team and a commitment to quality and sustainability.

• Prepare and handle fresh, organic ingredients straight from our farm, executing all Daylesford Organic products to company specification.
• Follow recipes and procedures with care and precision.
• Keep our production areas clean, safe and well organised.
• Support with stock rotation, labelling, packaging and order preparation for Retail, Catering and Wholesale.

HOURS: 45 hours per week, 19.40-06.00 Sunday-Wednesday, 19.00-00.00 Thursday
