About the role

We are expanding our team of Production Assistants who play a key role in high-tech semiconductor production. You will work a night shift pattern of 12-hour shifts, four days on and four days off. Full training will be provided, along with career development opportunities, a competitive salary, and a dynamic work environment.

What our Production Assistants do

You will be part of a team manufacturing semiconductor devices in a high-volume, high-tech wafer fabrication environment. With training, you will operate sophisticated equipment in a clean room to produce silicon microchips used in mobile phones, appliances, wearables, electric vehicles, and more.

This role offers a chance to learn technical production skills in a fast-paced environment with excellent benefits and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

• Working towards daily tasks with team leader support
• Learning various workflows in your area
• Operating high-tech equipment to produce wafers
• Following production change proposals and safety practices
• Completing documentation and system entries
• Supporting colleagues and building positive relationships with engineers

Requirements:

Full training provided, but ideal candidates will have:

• Ability to work day shifts from 7am-7pm, 4 days on, 4 days off
• Good communication skills in English
• Attention to detail and methodical thinking
• Teamwork and proactive attitude
• Basic computer skills

• Ability to meet targets
