Salary & 38% Shift allowance of £33,825 + Benefits
Nexperia aspires to become a $10b turnover business by 2030. We are expanding our team of Production Assistants, who play a key role in the production of our high-tech semiconductor products. You will work a night shift pattern of 12-hour shifts with four days on and four days off. Full training will be provided, along with excellent benefits including career development opportunities, a competitive remuneration package, and the chance to work in a dynamic, high-tech environment.
You will be part of a large team crucial to manufacturing semiconductor devices in a high-volume, high-tech wafer fabrication area. With full training, you will follow written instructions to operate sophisticated equipment in a clean room environment to produce silicon microchips used in products like mobile phones, home appliances, smart wearables, Electric Vehicles, and more.

Full training will be provided, but we seek individuals with:
