Job summary

Pertemps Dudley Industrial is hiring for a Production Assembler in Wall Heath/Dudley area. The role is Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, on a temporary basis with a clear path to permanent employment.

You will assemble components to tight specifications, use hand and power tools, and perform quality checks on finished products. The ideal candidate has prior manufacturing/assembly experience, a strong eye for detail, and a reliable, team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing, production or assembly environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Ability to follow work instructions and production guidelines.
• Reliable and motivated with good work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products accurately and efficiently according to customer specifications and production targets.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Read and follow work instructions, drawings and guidelines.
• Carry out quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
• Identify and report faults or defects during assembly.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment.
• Follow all company health & safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team production goals.
