Job summary

TrueNorth® is seeking an hands-on AI Transformation Engineer to build internal AI tools and agentic workflows. The role is a 6-month FTC in London, hybrid with typically 2 days per week in the office, and involves partnering with the CEO, Chief of Staff and engineering leadership to embed AI across functions.

You will assess the current AI landscape, design a scalable architecture, write production-ready code, integrate systems and drive adoption with measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AI engineer able to design, build, test and deploy solutions.
• Production-ready AI tools and agentic workflows experience.
• Experience delivering AI tools using Claude, MCP or comparable tech.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and architecture sense.

Responsibilities

• Build and embed a portfolio of internal AI tools and workflows.
• Assess existing AI landscape and consolidate tools.
• Design technical architecture and secure integrations.
• Lead discovery sessions with senior leaders and translate problems into solutions.
• Deliver measurable commercial value and adoption plans.
